The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. ...Edward Shmunes has been photographing for twenty-eight years. During that time he has received 137 awards from among 39 international , 351 national, and 144 regional juried art exhibitions. His work is included in the permanent collection of the Columbia Museum of Art, the South Carolina State Art Collection ( 2 pieces), the South Carolina State Museum ( 2 pieces), the Southwest Texas State university Art Gallery, and the McNeese State University Works on Paper Permanent Collection, as well as numerous corporate and private collections. He is represented by City Art gallery in Columbia, and Michael Hill Gallery in Charleston, SC.
